blurry in right eye

Hi guys, I'm a 23 yr old female, and for the past couple of months ive been seeing blurry/hazy through my right eye. I went to an optometrist and an ophthalmologist but they couldnt fine anything physically wrong with my eyes. I has several tests done from the eye puff test, to pupil dilation and the color blind test. The vision in my right eye didnt get clearer with lenses so its not a vision problem. Im scared because its not as sharp or focused as the right eye. Anyone know what this could be or experience something like this?
