Swollen eyelid

Hi, I am new to this site and I am here for help! My left upper eyelid has been swelling on and off for 1 year. I went to my eye dr first, got prednisone eyedrops, that didnt work. Got referred to an opthamologist and was test for myasthenia gravis, test came back normal, then I got reffered to an allergy dr, he ran all kinds of blood test, did allergy test, all came back postive. I am currently taking 8 pills a day, Allegra 180 mg and Ranitidine 150 mg in the morning, Allegra 60 mg at noon, Ranitidine 150 mg at 2 pm, Cingular 10 mg at 6 pm and 3 benadryl 25 mg at bedtime AND IT
IS NOT WORKING!!! I am at my wits end! My doctor says it is stress related and I am one of the healthiest patients he sees. I am a 38 year old female. He also says it usually lasts from 9-12 months and it has been almost 12 months! Any advice or has anyone out there had this problem?
