Yes of course one should always take care of his eyes as it is the most sensitive part of our body. There are so many ways to take care of it like to clean it by pure water , can wear designer sunglasses for protecting them from sun rays etc... So never give ignorance to such crucial part of the body.
It is quit right that we should take good care of our eyes, since we spend more and more time sitting in front of computers and televisions, and the air pollution becomes more severe. Our eyes are easily harmed by the UV rays and bacteria in the air. I consider that there is some tips to take care of our eye:
a.see the ophthalmologist to have our eyes checked regularly, at least annually
b.do not touch eyes without cleaning the hands
c. reduce the time surfing on the internet and watching TV programs
To those who wearing glasses should be aware of your glasses. They should be with right prescription exactly and be careful of cheap glasses.
Besides health diet and proper supplment help us to keep good eyesight.

Cucumber is known for its soothing properties and will help relax eyes and reduce redness of the eyes. Cucumber water or thin slices can also be applied to the skin around the eyes especially if this skin is looking dry.
Dried leaves and flowers of this plant are added to boiled water, after which the infusion is strained and used to bathe the eyes, to reduce swelling and itchy eyes. People who spend a lot of time working behind a computer, experiencing itchy or burning eyes, will also benefit from this remedy.

Eye is the most sensitive and the most beautiful part of our body. Eye needs lots of care and attention, especially in this hectic life style. Spending most of hours in front of computer systems, and with so much pollution in the atmosphere, eyes-related disease, poor vision, and irritation in eyes have become common. Today it has become very important for everyone to give proper care and attention to this delicate sense organ to keep it healthy and beautiful.
- Take A vitamin diet to make eyes brighter. (papaya, eggs, fish, milk, cilantro etc.,)
- Wash eyes with cold water to get sparkling eyes.
- Put sliced cucumber over your eyes to treat dark circles.
- Put potato slices on your eye to get rid off those dark circles.
- Soak amla overnight in water and use this water the next morning to wash the eyes.
- Soak cotton in Luke warm milk and cover eyes with it for 15 min.
- To soothe tired eyes, dip cotton pads in chilled milk and place on closed eyes for 10 minutes. Now relax completely.
Splash water on your face while closing your eyes. Then after you will feel relax effect and helps you feel refreshed.

That eyes are also an important part of our body like others..!! We can see all things around very clearly with our eyes..So eyes should be fully protected from being damaged or getting an harm..!!

If your doing too much close vision work (this is what creates
near-point eye strain) for more than 10 consecutive minutes, look up
and try to focus on something about 10 feet away for at least 10 seconds.
Do this even though the close vision work you do is at
a computer or reading documents. This easy technique will
instantly relieve your eyes from the stress caused by close
vision work. It can help to restore your vision and allow you to see
more clearly for some years to come.
