Frame Thickness

I have been really picky about my glasses. I actually haven't had any in about 6 to 8 years because I just couldn't find any I liked.

I finally found some this weekend. They are IC! Berlin and I can barely tell they are there.

I just have one issue. I don't know how the thickness of my lenses will impact the look and functionality of the glasses since they are incredibly thin frames.

My prescription is:
O.D. -1.24-.50x180
O.S. -1.00-2.25x125

I don't know what the above numbers mean or if this forum is the right place to be posting. If anyone has had any experience or has some advice, I would really appreciate it.
