immense problems with getting new grlasses.

Hello

I am new here. I have been wearing glasses for 40 years and I am far sighted. I have in the past had some issues but they were always resolved and I have mostly been happy with all the glasses I have had.

However, I have now tried for almost 1 complete year to get replacement glasses but have not had any success.
I have trouble ranging from no peripheral vision through the new lenses to eyestrain to severe colur aberations.

I would like to correspond with someone who is knpwledgable in the field of glasses and the dispensing thereof.
Maybe someone here can help me?
