Do you prefer contact lenses compared to wearing glasses?

I wear both, sometimes glasses in the evenings or when I want to give my eyes a break. I prefer wearing contacts because it eliminates some of the daily hassles with glasses (slipping down the nose, steaming up when I step indoors, having to wipe rain off of, etc). But some people probably take that a little too far and forget to keep contacts super clean. I have a pretty strict regiment of washing, followed by a saline solution rinse. Otherwise the protein build up (not to mention bacteria!) will start to wear away at the lenses and you don't get as good of a life expectancy out of them.

I like to wear glasses, because it can reduce the damage to the eyes.

I wear contact lenses when I go out. When around the house I wear my glasses. Just something I started years ago.
