Am seeking a multi-focal corrective procedure. I understand that PresbyLasik is available in the U.S. only via clinical trials until FDA-approved or via physicians using it off-label. Monovision contacts don't work at all for me so I assume the same for Monovision Lasik.

Does anyone know of a lasik clinic, preferably on the West Coast, that is able to perform off-label Multifocal Lasik procedures (i.e., PresbyLasik)?
