There is a lot of talk about eye exercises on the net. Many claim that they could stop or even cure myopia. But those who say so are often people who want to sell you a program or e-book with eye exercises. But there is no scientific proof that eye exercises really cure myopia, nevertheless exercises can strengthen your eye muscles and reduce tension which is also important for the health of your eyes.
Hi do you mind telling me your myopia degree?
Do you ever want to try LASIC?
i saw some exerice on a book and it said reduce the time you wearing glasses slowly. make your eyes adapt to the obscure vision. if you can insist on it your myopia dregree will reduce slowly.
but i don't know wether it's right or not.
and you can try the Lycium barbarum - Chinese medicinal plant can improving eyesight.
most important, don't make your eyes too tired. have a rest especially after long time watching TV or computer
Hope these can help you
